Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q: What exactly comes included inside this AOZOOM Z2 product package?

A: This is a comprehensive front headlight upgrade sold as a matching pair. The package includes 2x AOZOOM Z2 Bi-LED Projector Lenses with pre-wired connector pigtails and integrated digital LED control drivers.

Q: What is the main benefit of installing a full projector lens over standard drop-in LED bulbs?

A: Drop-in bulbs rely on your vehicle’s stock reflector bowls, which often scatter high-power light blindly, creating dark spots and blinding oncoming traffic. The AOZOOMZ2 Projector Lens completely controls the light itself. It concentrates the beam into a dense, intensely bright path directly onto the road and forms a sharp cutoff line at the top to prevent glare.

Q: Do I need external ballasts or HID xenon gas bulbs to run this kit?

A: No. The AOZOOM Z2 utilizes Bi-LED solid-state technology. The high-intensity light emitting diodes and control components are fully integrated inside the projector unit itself. You do not need to purchase separate HID bulbs, ballasts, or xenon gas hardware.

Q: Is this kit a direct plug-and-play fit, or does it require professional modification?

A: The AOZOOM Z2 features a highly adaptable threaded shaft design that allows it to lock directly into standard bulb sockets like H4 or H7 with minimal modification. However, because installing full projector lenses requires safely opening your car’s main headlight assemblies (unsealing the outer clear lens cover), professional installation at an experienced car detailing or retrofit shop is highly recommended.

Q: Can these projectors handle extreme weather and heavy vibrations?

A: Yes, absolutely. The internal LED mounting boards are securely locked inside an automotive aluminum alloy matrix. This structural armor shields the core microchips against severe road vibrations, high engine bay temperatures, and moisture.
