Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Add this copy to your web page’s description accordion or tabs to resolve standard buyer queries.

Q: What is the power output and performance setup of the DHC PL55?

A: The DHC PL55 delivers a combined 70 Watts of total power output per pair. It leverages advanced integrated LED chips to generate immediate brightness, throwing a wide and long-range illumination path that is vastly superior to factory-fitted halogen fog lamps.

Q: What is the benefit of the 5000K color temperature?

A: The 5000K Warm White / All-Weather White color temperature strikes the ultimate balance for night driving. Unlike harsh 6000K cool-blue lights that bounce off water droplets, the 5000K spectrum blends crisp visibility with superior contrast, cutting cleanly through wet monsoon downpours, dusty nights, and light fog.

Q: Does this fog projector support both high and low beams?

A: Yes! The DHC PL55 utilizes true Bifocal lens technology with an integrated high/low beam shutter mechanism. On low beam, it forms a sharp, straight cutoff line that keeps light focused safely below the eyes of oncoming drivers. When switched to high beam, the internal solenoid opens to cast a massive, vertical spotlight.

Q: What does the Blue Lens coating do?

A: The premium optical blue lens tint looks aggressive on the car, but structurally serves to reduce scattered stray light beams and focus the hotspot on the road, increasing overall sharpness and contrast.

Q: Is the DHC PL55 waterproof?

A: Yes, it is built with a heavy-duty, fully sealed aluminum casing designed to resist harsh environmental factors. It can easily withstand driving rain, deep puddles, and regular car washing.

Q: What is included in the package, and will it fit my vehicle?

A: The retail box contains a pair of 3-inch DHC PL55 LED projector fog lamps alongside basic mounting brackets and clamps. Because it uses a standard 3-inch round footprint, it fits most cars directly, though some specific vehicle models may require car-specific adapter frames (brackets).
