Product Overview

Modern Digital Connectivity Packed into a Sleek Single-DIN Frame

Bring reliable digital media control and crystal-clear audio performance back to your dashboard dashboard layout. The Blaupunkt Colombo 130BT Single-DIN Stereo seamlessly blends the historic legacy of German mobile electronics with the essential connectivity tools today’s drivers demand. Built with a space-saving Single-DIN design profile, this digital media receiver is the perfect drop-in audio replacement for classic cars, hatchbacks, utility trucks, or any vehicle using a standard small radio slot.

Dual USB Innovation: Non-Stop Entertainment and Fast Power

Say goodbye to selecting between playing your favorite playlist or keeping your smartphone alive on long drives. The distinguishing feature of the Colombo 130BT is its front panel Dual USB interface matrix. One dedicated USB port functions as a high-speed digital flash drive reader to instantly decode your offline MP3 audio libraries, while the second adjacent USB port acts as a dedicated smartphone charging port, supplying clean power to your mobile device while you navigate.

Wireless Freedom & Punchy Audio Delivery

Engineered with high-stability built-in Bluetooth technology, the head unit supports seamless wireless music streaming alongside reliable hands-free calling functionality via the integrated front panel microphone. Driving the audio is a robust built-in amplifier pumping out an energetic 4 x 50 Watts of maximum power. This provides substantial high-fidelity energy to aftermarket door speakers, while standard pre-amp RCA outputs on the rear panel give you the freedom to scale up by connecting separate subwoofers or external amplifiers later.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q: Can I charge my phone and play music from a USB flash drive at the same time?

A: Yes! The main highlight of the Blaupunkt Colombo 130BT is its dual-port configuration. The right USB slot handles data transfer to read and play your favorite MP3 audio tracks off a thumb drive, while the left USB slot is wired exclusively for charging, keeping your phone battery full.

Q: Does the stereo have a built-in microphone for phone calls?

A: Yes, the front control panel features an integrated, high-sensitivity microphone. When your smartphone is paired to the receiver via Bluetooth, you can take incoming calls hands-free with the audio playing directly through your vehicle’s cabin speakers.

Q: Can this head unit play physical music CDs or DVDs?

A: No, this is a modern, solid-state Digital Media Receiver, meaning it does not contain a mechanical CD/DVD disc slot mechanism. Instead, it is optimized for digital media types via Bluetooth wireless streaming, physical USB flash drives, and the front-panel 3.5mm AUX headphone jack input.

Q: Will this single-DIN receiver fit perfectly inside my specific car model?

A: This unit is built to standard Universal Single-DIN specifications (approx. 2 inches tall by 7 inches wide). If your car has a standard small radio slot, it will slide straight in. For vehicles with larger dashboard screens, you can easily purchase an aftermarket Single-DIN dash conversion kit to secure it in place cleanly.

Q: Can I connect a separate subwoofer or extra amplifier to this head unit?

A: Yes, absolutely. While the built-in 4 x 50W amplifier block easily handles your primary door speakers, the back panel of the Colombo 130BT features low-level RCA pre-out terminals. This lets you route a clean audio signal down the line to a separate powered subwoofer or multi-channel amplifier setup.
