Blaupunkt DH05 Camera Integrated With Number Plate Light – Creta & Similar

Product Overview

The Blaupunkt DH05 Integrated Reversing Camera offers a clean, factory-style (OEM) back-up camera upgrade for the Hyundai Creta and similar vehicle models. Designed to directly replace the stock license plate light housing, the DH05 integrates a high-definition reversing camera directly alongside the number plate light, providing a clean installation with zero drilling or bumper modification.

High-Definition Clarity & Wide Angle View

Equipped with a high-sensitivity image sensor and a wide-angle lens, the Blaupunkt DH05 gives drivers an expanded field of view directly behind the rear bumper. It eliminates blind spots caused by tall boot lines, helping you navigate tight parking spots, curbs, and low obstacles with complete confidence.

Low-Light Night Vision & Weatherproof Durability

Engineered to operate reliably in all weather conditions, the DH05 features an IP68 waterproof and dustproof rating. Its advanced low-light sensor provides crisp night vision, utilizing ambient light and your reverse lamps to deliver clear images on your touchscreen head unit or rearview mirror display even in dark environments.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q: Will installing the Blaupunkt DH05 require drilling into my car bumper or boot lid?

A: No. The DH05 is designed as a direct OE-style replacement for the original license plate light assembly on compatible vehicles like the Hyundai Creta. It snaps or bolts directly into the factory lamp slot without drilling.

Q: Does this camera work with aftermarket Android touchscreen displays?

A: Yes! The Blaupunkt DH05 uses a standard yellow RCA video output cable and $12ext{V}$ reverse trigger wire, making it universally compatible with aftermarket Android touchscreens, double-DIN AV receivers, or stand-alone monitors.

Q: Will my license plate still be illuminated at night after installing this?

A: Yes. The camera housing retains space or integrated LEDs to keep your vehicle’s license plate properly illuminated at night.
