Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs):

Q: What vehicles does the DHC PL45 2-inch projector directly fit into?

A: Thanks to its compact 2-inch round footprint, the DHC PL45 is specifically designed for modern vehicle models featuring smaller or narrower factory bumper slots (including various newer Maruti Suzuki, Hyundai, Kia, and Tata models). It allows you to select vehicle-specific ABS bracket fittings to guarantee a clean, vibration-free mount without hacking your bumper.

Q: What is the wattage profile and brightness output of this kit?

A: The DHC PL45 operates at a high-intensity rating of 90 Watts per pair (45W per bulb). Pushing a combined 7,000 lumens of clean white light, it outputs significantly more focused illumination than standard factory halogen setups.

Q: What does “Bi-Focal” or “Bi-LED” mean in this fog lamp setup?

A: It means the unit houses a true dual-beam configuration inside a single compact lens. It features an internal mechanical solenoid shutter; on low beam, it maintains a crisp, wide horizontal cutoff to prevent blinding oncoming traffic, and the moment you flash your high beams, the shutter drops to unleash a powerful long-range hotspot deep down the road.

Q: What color temperature does the DHC PL45 emit?

A: This model projects a crisp, clean 5000K to 5500K bright white light. This temperature provides an ideal balance for night drivingit mimics natural daylight to dramatically lower driver eye fatigue while delivering excellent high-definition contrast on asphalt.

Q: Is the housing completely waterproof for monsoon driving?

A: Yes. The main body is manufactured out of high-grade die-cast aluminum alloy paired with heavy-duty weather seals, giving it a fully waterproof and dustproof construction. It easily handles intense rain, muddy trails, and car washes without fogging up or taking on internal moisture.
