IPHCAR Flatbottom M612 Bi Xenon Fog Projector Bodies With Toyota Bracket

Product Overview

Tackle heavy rain, dense fog, and dark highways with absolute confidence. The iPHCAR Flatbottom M612 Bi-Xenon Fog Projector Bodies are engineered specifically for drivers who want to replace weak, factory-installed halogen fog setups with a razor-sharp, ultra-bright projection beam.

What sets the M612 Flatbottom edition apart is its specialized optical structure. The unique flat-bottomed housing architecture shapes the output into an ultra-wide, ground-hugging fan. It maximizes sideways coverage to expose lane markings and ditches while throwing a tightly focused beam far down the asphalt without wasting light by bleeding it into the eyes of oncoming traffic.

Equipped with dual-beam (Bi-Xenon) technology, an integrated internal solenoid connects right to your headlight high-beam system. Pull your factory stalk, and the internal shutter instantly drops, transforming your fog lights into a secondary high-beam array for absolute nighttime clarity.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q1: Does this kit come with the bulbs and ballasts included?

A: No. This contains a pair of premium projector housings (bodies) and a custom Toyota bracket set. To make the system functional, you will need to purchase H8 or H11-compatible HID conversion kits or LED bulbs separately.

Q2: What is the purpose of the “flat-bottom” shape?

A: Standard round projector lenses throw a symmetrical pattern that can lose beam thickness near the bottom perimeter. The flat-bottom structure forces the internal light source to compress and distribute much wider across the road surface, increasing structural beam density and reducing blind spots right in front of your bumper.

Q3: How does the high-beam function work on a fog light?

A: The M612 utilizes an internal electronic solenoid shutter. When wired to your vehicle’s factory high-beam system, pulling your high-beam stalk signals the shutter inside the fog projector to lower instantly, uncovering the full projection lens to cast light deep down the highway.

Q4: Will these fit my vehicle without cutting or modifications?

A: This specific package comes with a tailored Toyota bracket. It acts as a direct, drop-in replacement for the 3-inch round factory fog lamps found on popular Toyota models (such as the Innova, Fortuner, Glanza, etc.). If your vehicle uses standard 3-inch round fog lights from other manufacturers, minor modifications to the mounting tabs might be required.

Q5: Are these projectors waterproof?

A: Yes! The housing assembly features an IP68-rated weather-resistant design, preventing moisture, dust, and heavy road spray from leaking inside or hazing the crystal-clear glass lens.

Q6: Is professional installation required?

A: While the bracket provides a direct mechanical fit, we highly recommend professional auto-electrical installation. Tapping the solenoid lines safely into your vehicle’s factory headlight high-beam harness requires precise wiring to avoid damaging sensitive factory electrical channels.
