IPHCAR M612 Flat Projector With Iph 6000k L-bulb And Eb-5 Fast Start Ballast Kit

Product Overview

Take absolute command of dark highways and unpredictable weather with the heavy-duty IPHCAR M612 Flat Projector with IPH 6000K Bulb and V3 55W Ballast Kit. Specifically configured as an all-inclusive front-end lighting overhaul, this premium 3.0-inch retrofitting setup pairs low-profile flat-bottom projector bodies with a high-efficiency xenon power matrix to completely eliminate dark blind spots and ensure maximum driving safety.

The foundation of this performance kit centers around premium M612 flat-bottom projector chassis architecture. Featuring a specialized straight-shape body design, these 3.0-inch housings cut down on standard under-chassis crowding issues, making them an adaptable fit engineered to slip smoothly into tight factory bumper slots. Driven by heavy-duty V3 55-Watt Digital AC Ballasts paired with high-efficacy IPHCAR 6000K xenon bulbs, this package delivers intense road coverage with optimized power consumption. It washes multiple traffic lanes in a crisp, modern 6000K diamond white daylight tint that enhances hazard contrast against road debris, potholes, and obstacles early.

Built to endure punishing under-bumper environments, the entire assembly features an elite waterproof and dustproof construction, heavily sealed to resist deep puddle wading, mud splashing, and severe monsoonal rainfall. Equipped with an internal dual-beam mechanism, this complete system supports both high and low beam dual-circuit operation via an internal mechanical shuttereffortlessly shifting from a wide, glare-free low beam spread to an aggressive long-range auxiliary spotlight throw.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q: What individual components are included inside this IPHCAR lighting package?

A: This is a comprehensive front fog lamp overhaul sold as an all-inclusive complete set. The box includes 2x IPHCAR M612 3-Inch Flat Fog Projector Housings, 2x IPHCAR H8/H11 6000K Xenon Bulbs, 2x V3 55-Watt Digital Ballasts, required plug-and-play power connectors, and basic mounting hardware accessories.

Q: What is the main physical benefit of the “M612 Flat” housing chassis shape?

A: Standard aftermarket fog projectors have completely round outer bodies that can crowd low-slung, compact, or uniquely shaped modern bumpers. The M612 features flat-bodied, straight-shape architecture, reducing physical housing clutter so it seamlessly fits in virtually every car model’s stock fog light housing without complicated alignment issues or beam vibration.

Q: Does this high-power 55W kit feature a fast ignition warm-up time?

A: Yes. The V3 55W digital ballasts feature advanced AC digital circuits designed to power up and stabilize the xenon gas quickly, giving you a fast-climbing, reliable light path much quicker than basic, older entry-level HID ballasts.

Q: How does the high and low beam function work on a bumper fog light?

A: The primary H8/H11 bulb line connects straight to your vehicle’s factory fog lamp wiring socket for standard low-beam operation. To trigger the long-range high-beam function, the internal mechanical shutter solenoid wires simply connect or tap directly into your main headlight high-beam circuit.

Q: Is this fog light kit a direct plug-and-play fit for my car?

A: While the system uses standard 3-inch circular dimensions, modern vehicles use proprietary bumper screw layouts. Depending on your car model (e.g., Maruti, Hyundai, Tata, or Toyota), you will likely need vehicle-specific ABS mounting brackets to secure these projectors properly inside your stock bumper slots.
