IPHCAR Q7 Bi Xenon Headlight Projector D2h Model H4 Fitment 7 Series Complete Kit With Panamera Shrouds

Product Overview

Rewrite your vehicle’s night-driving limits and upgrade to world-class optical performance with the premium iPH Q7 Bi-Xenon Headlight Projectors. Engineered specifically for automotive enthusiasts who demand precise lighting control over standard, scattered reflector bowls, this elite projector retrofit chassis updates your headlamps with a highly focused, dual-beam projection matrix modeled after premium luxury SUV optical layouts.

The core of this retrofitting system features a pair of high-clarity 3.0-inch optically ground glass lenses optimized strictly for D2S-type xenon discharge bulbs. Unlike cheaper lenses that cause color bleeding or blurred boundaries, the iPH Q7 setup focuses and compresses raw lumens into an incredibly intense and uniform distribution pattern. Controlled by a rugged internal mechanical shutter solenoid, a single projector lens drives both your low and high beam paths seamlessly. In low beam mode, it enforces a razor-sharp, horizontal step cutoff line that spreads illumination deep across road shoulders while shielding the eyes of oncoming traffic. Activating your high beams instantly drops the internal metal gate, unleashing an intense center hotspot for long-range highway cruising.

Built to drop into a wide selection of standard headlight housings, the iPH Q7 is highly favored for its exceptional depth perception and heavy-duty thermal architecture. The solid metal projector bowls feature high-grade reflective coatings designed to handle the intense thermal environment of heavy-duty 35W and 55W HID bulbs without peeling or hazing over time, ensuring premium visibility for years to come.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q: What individual items are included inside this specific iPH Q7 package?

A: This is a dual-sided optical retrofitting bundle. The package contains 2x iPH Q7 3.0-Inch Bi-Xenon Projector Lenses, integrated internal high/low beam mechanical shutter solenoids, bulb locking rings, and universal mounting alignment plates.

Q: Does this projector kit include the xenon bulbs and digital power ballasts?

A: No, this is an optical retrofit chassis kit. It includes the projector lenses, internal solenoids, and reflective bowls, but does not bundle the HID bulbs, ballasts, or external cosmetic shrouds. You will need to purchase D2S or D2H bulbs, matching ballasts, and 3-inch shrouds separately to finish your headlamp build.

Q: What is a “Bi-Xenon” projector and how does it drive both high and low beams?

A: A Bi-Xenon projector uses only a single light bulb but controls the light beam via a motorized internal metal shield. In low beam mode, the shield physically blocks the upper portion of the light to create a sharp cutoff line. When you switch to high beams, the solenoid drops the shield out of the way instantly, allowing the full intensity of the bulb to rush down unlit roads.

Q: Will I need to open up my vehicle’s factory headlight assemblies to install this kit?

A: Yes, this is a dedicated custom retrofit component. Installing these projectors requires heating and carefully separating the factory outer plastic headlight lens from the rear housing to gain access to the internal reflector bowls where the Q7 units lock into place.

Q: Can I use this D2S-configured projector with standard H7 or H11 bulbs?

A: No, the rear bulb holder and alignment seat on this specific model are precisely tailored for D2S or D2H base bulbs only. Using other bulb styles will result in a misaligned focal point, ruining the projector’s engineered beam pattern and cutoff sharpness.
