Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q: Which model years and variants of the Kia Seltos is this bracket compatible with?

A: This mounting bracket is a vehicle-specific fit precisely engineered for the Kia Seltos 2022 facelift and adjacent models utilizing the narrower, compact 2-inch factory fog lamp slots. It maps perfectly onto the factory bumper mounting points for a secure hold.

Q: Does this product include the 2-inch projector lights or just the brackets?

A: This listing is for the heavy-duty ABS mounting brackets only (sold as a pair). The actual 2-inch projector fog lampssuch as compact Bi-LED or Tri-Color projector systems from premium lighting brands like IPHcar, AES, or Aozoommust be purchased separately.

Q: What are the benefits of using an ABS plastic bracket over standard local fabrications?

A: High-grade ABS plastic is selected for its superior impact resistance, tensile strength, and rigid structural hold. Unlike metal plates that can rust or cheaper PVC plastics that warp under extreme engine bay heat and summer asphalt temperatures, ABS maintains a perfect, vibration-free hold.

Q: Can I use this kit to mount any brand of 2-inch aftermarket projector?

A: Yes. It features a standard 2-inch universal physical alignment spacing profile. It allows you to cleanly install any standard 2-inch aftermarket Bi-LED, high-intensity HID, or multi-color laser projector fog lamp pod without modifying your bumper’s exterior look.

Q: Is professional installation recommended for this bracket kit?

A: Yes. To ensure accurate beam leveling, secure alignment, and proper integration of the fog lamp wiring harness without damaging your Seltos bumper clips or factory plastic shielding, professional automotive installation is highly recommended.
