Recoil 2-Channel Active Line Output Converter (Hi-Lo Converter) with Remote Bass Control Knob

Product Overview:

Precision OEM Integration: Recoil 2-Channel Active Line Output Converter

Integrate aftermarket power amplifiers or subwoofers with your vehicle’s factory head unit using the Recoil 2-Channel Active Line Output Converter. Engineered to convert high-level speaker wire signals into ultra-clean, low-noise RCA pre-out signals, this active converter eliminates signal distortion, ground loop hums, and turn-on pops. Complete with a remote bass control knob, it provides direct, on-the-fly subwoofer level adjustments right from your driver’s seat.

Key Features & Highlights:

• Ultra-Clean Active Signal Processing: Converts 2 channels of high-level speaker inputs into high-voltage RCA pre-out signals (up to 9.5V RMS), maximizing amplifier performance while minimizing background noise.

• Remote Bass Level Control Knob Included: Includes a dash-mountable wired remote control knob to adjust subwoofer or bass amplifier levels independently without touching your head unit settings.

• Automatic Remote Turn-On Output (12V Trigger): Detects incoming audio signals (DC offset / Audio sense) to generate a +12V remote turn-on signal, turning your external amplifiers ON and OFF automatically with your vehicle.

• Ground Isolation Circuitry: Selectable ground isolation modes prevent annoying alternator whine, engine noise, and ground loop interference.

• Compact & Durable Housing: Compact form factor allows clean installation under dashboards, behind factory head units, or inside side panels.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. Why do I need an active line output converter instead of a passive one?

Active line output converters step up the RCA voltage (up to 9.5V) compared to cheap passive converters (which reduce signal voltage). This gives your amplifier a significantly cleaner audio signal, higher volume output, and zero engine noise.

2. Can I use this 2-channel converter to add a mono amplifier or active subwoofer to my factory stereo?

Yes! The 2-channel Recoil converter is specifically designed to tap into your front or rear factory speaker wires and create a dedicated RCA signal + 12V remote turn-on line for your mono bass amplifier or active subwoofer enclosure.

3. Why Choose Recoil Audio Signal Processors?

• Zero Battery Drain: Smart automatic turn-on sensing eliminates the need to splice into ignition wires while preventing vehicle battery drain.

• High Output Voltage: Delivers up to 9.5V RMS to ensure your power amplifiers operate at maximum efficiency with minimal gain distortion.

• Engineered for OEM Upgrades: Ideal for upgrading modern car sound systems without replacing original touchscreen head units.
