Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q: What makes the “Prism Technology” in the LS850 different from standard headlight projectors?

A: The UPS Waymaker Prism LS850 features a unique 3-inch rectangular design integrated with advanced optical prism lenses and a double reflector layout. This setup bends and manages light with extreme precision, allowing it to house 3 internal lasers that focus an intense, long-range hotspot directly down the road without spilling scattered glare.

Q: What is the power output and wattage configuration of this headlight projector?

A: The LS850 is a powerhouse. It draws 75W on Low Beam to deliver a wide, incredibly sharp foreground cut-off line. When shifted to High Beam, it ramps up to a massive 100W, engaging a 50W laser module component that maximizes long-range visibility on dark highways.

Q: Will this 3-inch rectangular projector fit directly into my factory headlights?

A: Because of its high-end, rectangular 3-inch lens footprint and dual-reflector architecture, the LS850 is designed for custom headlight retrofitting or complete projector swap projects. It is universally compatible with standard 12V automotive electrical systems (operating voltage range: 9V16V) but requires professional installation to securely modify and align inside your factory headlight assemblies.

Q: How does the projector prevent overheating at 100W of high-beam power?

A: The LS850 is engineered around a premium aluminum alloy chassis paired with high-conductivity physical heat sinks. Active cooling is driven by an ultra-reliable, high-RPM dual ball-bearing internal cooling fan that continuously sweeps thermal energy away from the imported LED chips.

Q: Does the UPS Waymaker LS850 come with a warranty?

A: Yes. When purchased through Car Concepts Shop, the UPS Waymaker Prism LS850 headlight projector includes a 1-year brand manufacturer warranty covering internal electronic and mechanical components.
