Pioneer GM-EL704 4-Channel Bridgeable Car Amplifier (1000W Max)

Power Meets Precision: Deep Bass, Clear Sound, and Total Acoustic Control

Product Overview

Elevate every drive with energetic sound reproduction and high-output performance. The Pioneer GM-EL704 is a high-power 4-channel bridgeable car amplifier engineered to deliver crystal-clear highs, detailed mid-frequencies, and punchy, impactful bass. Built with large-capacity electrolytic capacitors and an optimized PCB layout, this amplifier guarantees stable, distortion-free output even during prolonged high-volume playback.

Technical Performance & Key Features

High Output & Stable Circuit Architecture

The GM-EL704 is designed with heavy-duty internal power components and large electrolytic capacitors that efficiently manage sudden dynamic power surges. The optimized printed circuit board (PCB) maximizes thermal dissipation and signal integrity, ensuring long-term reliability and linear audio power delivery across all channels.

Flexible Audio Tuning & Independent Crossovers

Take complete authority over your car soundstage. Featuring wide-range, fully variable High-Pass Filters (HPF) and Low-Pass Filters (LPF) adjustable from 32 Hz to 320 Hz on both Channel A and Channel B, you can cleanly isolate frequencies for door speakers, component drivers, or bridged subwoofers.

Multi-Step Bass Boost Functionality

Inject extra depth into your low-end response. The GM-EL704 includes a dedicated Bass Boost control at 50Hz (up to +6dB) on both Channel A and Channel B, allowing you to fine-tune your subwoofer bump or mid-bass punch at the flick of a switch.

High-Level Speaker Input Compatibility

Easily integrate this amplifier into factory OEM stereo systems without buying external converters. The GM-EL704 supports both traditional RCA low-level inputs and speaker-level high-level inputs, allowing direct connection to original factory head units for a straightforward installation.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I use this 4-channel amplifier to power two door speakers and one subwoofer?

Yes! The GM-EL704 is fully bridgeable. You can run Channels 1 and 2 in stereo mode to power your front component or coaxial speakers (70W RMS x 2 @ 4 Ohms), while bridging Channels 3 and 4 together to drive a single 4-Ohm subwoofer with a massive 190W RMS output.

Do I need to buy an external high-to-low RCA line output converter (LOC) for factory stereos?

No. The GM-EL704 includes direct speaker-level (high-level) inputs, allowing your installer to tap directly into your factory radio’s speaker wires without needing extra signal converters.
