Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q: What exactly is included in this dual projector lighting package?

A: This is a comprehensive front-end lighting kit sold as a complete set. It includes 2x High-Power Dual-Projector Fog Lamp Assemblies (Left + Right) and 2x Custom Kia Seltos ABS Mounting Brackets designed for a secure bumper fit.

Q: How does the dual-projector lens system work compared to standard fog lamps?

A: Standard fog lamps use a single bulb or lens that scatters light over a short distance. This system utilizes two dedicated projector lenses inside a single housing on each side. One lens maximizes close-range peripheral spread to illuminate road shoulders, while the second lens tightens and concentrates the beam throw far down the asphalt, creating a highly dense hotspot of light.

Q: Do I need to cut my car’s original factory wires to activate the high-beam function?

A: No wire slicing or structural cutting is required. The primary low-beam fog light function plugs directly into your factory fog lamp wiring harness. To unlock the active long-range high-beam spotlight throw, the internal shutter solenoid wires simply tap directly into your vehicle’s existing main headlight high-beam power line.

Q: Is this 200W system safe for my Kia Seltos’ electrical battery matrix?

A: Yes. Despite their massive 200W total light output performance, these units are engineered with highly efficient solid-state internals that draw current safely within the electrical thresholds of modern automotive alternators and 12V battery systems when combined with a proper relay harness.

Q: Are these fog lamp projectors completely waterproof?

A: Yes, absolutely. The assemblies are heavily sealed with specialized automotive potting compounds to protect against deep water wading, monsoonal rainfall, and automated high-pressure car washes, keeping the internal lenses completely free of moisture and condensation.
