AES 3 Inch Quattro Lens Headlamp Projector 6000k Dual Lens

Product Overview

Turn night into day and give your vehicle an exotic front-end transformation with the exceptionally engineered AES 3-Inch Quattro Lens Headlamp Projector Kit. Custom-built for automotive lighting enthusiasts and drivers who demand flawless visibility, this premium 3.0-inch optical powerhouse replaces weak factory setups with a massive, high-intensity projection system engineered for extreme long-range highway safety.

The defining breakthrough of this elite system is its cutting-edge Quattro Dual Lens technology. While standard headlight projectors utilize a single glass element that can lose optical intensity near the margins, the Quattro system features a multi-lens configuration. This layout focuses, compresses, and steps up raw lumen density into an incredibly uniform beam pattern. Calibrated to a crisp 6000K pure white color temperature, this solid-state system instantly eliminates dark spots, boosting your contrast against potholes, road debris, and unexpected hazards.

Equipped with a true Bi-LED mechanical shutter, the AES Quattro Lens manages light with mathematical precision. The low beam projects an ultra-wide fan pattern with a razor-sharp horizontal cutoff line that keeps roads illuminated without blinding oncoming drivers. The moment your high beams are triggered, the internal shutter drops instantly to unleash an aggressive, ultra-dense center spotlight that extends hundreds of meters down the road. Built with an aviation-grade aluminum housing and an active cooling system, this kit guarantees zero-fade brightness over extended midnight highway drives.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q: What components are included inside the AES Quattro Lens package?

A: This is a comprehensive front headlight upgrade package sold as a matching pair. The box includes 2x AES 3-Inch Quattro Lens Bi-LED Projector Assemblies with pre-wired connector pigtails and integrated digital control modules.

Q: What is the main structural advantage of a “Quattro Dual Lens” setup?

A: Standard projectors can suffer from beam bleeding or dim zones at the far edges of your lane coverage. The AES Quattro Dual-Lens design uses a multi-layered optical glass system to gather every stray light ray, packing them tightly into the main beam path. This creates a much denser center hotspot and a smoother, more uniform spread of light across 5 to 6 traffic lanes.

Q: Do I need to purchase separate HID xenon bulbs or external ballasts to run this kit?

A: No. The AES Quattro system uses integrated solid-state LED technology. The high-intensity light emitting diodes, double lens optics, and active cooling mechanisms are entirely self-contained inside the projector assembly itself. You do not need xenon gas bulbs or high-voltage external ballasts.

Q: Is this kit a direct plug-and-play installation for my car?

A: While the system features an adaptable housing design, retrofitting full projector lenses requires safely opening your car’s headlight assemblies (unsealing the clear outer lens cover from the back housing). Because this involves specialized heat tools and precise optical alignment, professional installation at an experienced car retrofitting or detailing shop is highly recommended.

Q: Does this high-power projector kit feature an instant start or a warm-up delay?

A: It features a true instant-start function. Unlike older HID systems that take 10 to 15 seconds to heat up the xenon gas to full brightness, this solid-state Bi-LED kit delivers full, high-lux power the exact millisecond you turn on your headlights.
