AES Turbo Bi-led Projector Lens 3 Inch Blue

Product Overview

Turn night into day and give your vehicle an aggressive front-end transformation with the exceptionally engineered AES Turbo 3-Inch Blue Bi-LED Projector Lens Kit. Custom-built for automotive lighting enthusiasts and demanding drivers, this premium 3.0-inch optical powerhouse upgrades weak factory setups with an intense, high-intensity light projection system designed for serious down-road visibility and highway safety.

The defining hallmark of this premium kit is its striking Blue Coating Lens technology. This advanced optical layer gives the glass a distinct, high-end blue tint when the headlights are unlit, adding an exotic luxury look to your vehicle’s front profile. When turned on, it fires a potent, high-lux light matrix through its solid-state Bi-LED internals. Calibrated to a crisp daylight color temperature, this system completely neutralizes dark spots, providing exceptional clarity and contrast against potholes, road debris, and unexpected trail hazards.

Equipped with a true dual-beam mechanical shutter, the AES Turbo manages its output with mathematical precision. The low beam projects an ultra-wide, shoulder-to-shoulder fan pattern with a razor-sharp horizontal cutoff line that prevents blinding oncoming traffic. The moment your high beams are triggered, the internal shutter drops instantly to release a massive, ultra-dense center hotspot that extends hundreds of meters down the highway. Built with an aviation-grade aluminum housing and an active base cooling fan, this retrofit kit guarantees zero-fade brightness over extended midnight highway runs.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q: What components are included inside the AES Turbo Blue Lens package?

A: This is a comprehensive front headlight upgrade package sold as a matching pair. The box arrives complete with 2x AES Turbo 3-Inch Blue Bi-LED Projector Assemblies with pre-wired connector pigtails and integrated digital control drivers.

Q: Does the “Blue Lens” coating turn the headlight beam blue on the road?

A: No, it does not. The blue lens look is a specialized exterior optical coating that gives the headlight glass an exotic tint when the lights are turned off. When the LEDs are active, the projector throws a clean, crisp, pure white daylight beam onto the road to ensure optimal contrast and safety.

Q: Do I need to purchase separate HID xenon bulbs or external ballasts to run this kit?

A: No. The AES Turbo system uses integrated solid-state LED technology. The high-intensity light emitting diodes, double lens optics, and active cooling mechanisms are entirely self-contained inside the projector assembly itself. You do not need xenon gas bulbs or high-voltage external ballasts.

Q: Is this kit a direct drop-in plug-and-play installation for my car?

A: While the system features an adaptable housing design, retrofitting full projector lenses requires safely opening your car’s headlight assemblies (unsealing the clear outer lens cover from the back housing). Because this involves specialized heat tools and precise optical alignment, professional installation at an experienced car retrofitting or detailing shop is highly recommended.

Q: Does this high-power projector kit feature an instant start or a warm-up delay?

A: It features a true instant-start function. Unlike older HID systems that take 10 to 15 seconds to heat up the xenon gas to full brightness, this solid-state Bi-LED kit delivers full, high-lux power the exact millisecond you turn on your headlights.
