Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q: What is the benefit of the “Blue Lens” feature on the AES Way Warrior Projector?

A: The high-definition multi-coated Blue Lens serves both a functional and visual purpose. Cosmetically, it gives the lens element an aggressive, premium blue tint when unlit. Functionally, it sharpens the light projection matrix, filtering out stray light rays to give you a razor-sharp cut-off line and extreme beam contrast.

Q: How does the “Cube” design change its universal fitment options?

A: The compact, 2-inch square cube configuration is highly versatile. It makes it incredibly easy to mount on motorcycles, inside tight lower-bumper grids, or directly onto bull bars and roof racks on off-road SUVs. It takes up very little physical space while outputting massive, stadium-tier light.

Q: What is the wattage configuration, and does it feature an integrated laser?

A: Yes, it features a heavy-duty hybrid laser core. Operating at 60W total power, it utilizes a 6+2 advanced LED matrix layout (36W on Low Beam) for an ultra-wide, uniform spread. When shifted into High Beam mode, the central auxiliary direct laser core engages (boosting power to ~60W) to throw a dense hotspot hundreds of meters straight down the road.

Q: Does this unit function as both a high beam and a low beam auxiliary projector?

A: Yes. Unlike single-beam off-road pods, this is a true Bi-LED auxiliary projector system. It comes outfitted with an internal mechanical solenoid mechanism. When connected to your car’s primary high-beam wiring, flashing your headlights drops the internal shield to instantly cycle the light from a sharp low-beam cutoff to an unrestricted high-beam laser blast.

Q: Is the housing waterproof and rugged enough for off-road trails?

A: Absolutely. The AES Way Warrior is built inside a heavy-duty, sealed aluminum alloy housing with an IP67 waterproof and dustproof rating. It is explicitly designed to handle heavy downpours, river crossings, dusty overland paths, and constant road vibrations without internal moisture buildup.
