  Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q: Why choose a 5-channel amplifier over separate 4-channel and monoblock amps?

A: A 5-channel amplifier simplifies your installation significantly. It requires only one main power run, one ground wire, and occupies far less physical space while powering both your full-range cabin speakers and your subwoofer.

Q: Is Channel 5 on the Venom D5.100IN stable at 1 ohm?

A: Yes! The dedicated subwoofer channel (CH5) is $1ext{-ohm}$ stable, allowing you to run a dual 2-ohm voice coil subwoofer wired in parallel or multiple subwoofers safely at a 1-ohm load.

Q: Can this amplifier connect to factory OEM head units?

A: Yes, the Venom D5.100IN features both low-level RCA inputs and high-level speaker inputs, making it compatible with both aftermarket stereos and factory OEM head units.
