CERWIN-VEGA MOBILE 2-Way Coaxial Speaker Set (XED62 XED, 6.5-Inch, 300 Watts Max)

Product Overview

The Cerwin Vega Mobile XED62 6.5-inch 2-way coaxial speaker set is designed to bring legendary Cerwin Vega high-output performance and acoustic punch to your daily drive. As a direct-fit replacement for muffled factory door speakers, the XED series combines high efficiency with durable materials to deliver high volume, deep low-end impact, and crisp vocal clarity.

Curvilinear Polypropylene Cone & Butyl Rubber Surround

For punchy mid-bass response and clear vocals, the XED62 features a curvilinear poly cone housed in a stamped steel airflow basket. Surrounded by a durable butyl rubber ring, the cone maintains linear motion during high-excursion bass hits while resisting moisture, heat, and long-term wear inside vehicle door panels.

1-Inch Metallic PEI Balanced Dome Tweeter

High frequencies are driven by a coaxially mounted 1-inch (25mm) metallic PEI balanced dome tweeter. PEI (Polyetherimide) construction delivers bright, sharp high-frequency extension that effortlessly cuts through road noise, while keeping high-volume distortion to a minimum.

High Efficiency & Easy Factory Replacement

Engineered for high acoustic sensitivity, the XED62 extracts maximum output from low-power factory stereos or aftermarket head units. Rated at 30 Watts RMS / 300 Watts Max Power per pair, these 4-Ohm speakers drop directly into standard 6.5-inch factory door cutouts or rear decks without complicated modifications.
